Ilya Neyman,
Weather Forecaster and Severe Storms
Photographer.
EDUCATION. Ilya is a May 2009 graduate from the University of Oklahoma,
where he earned a B.S. degree, majoring in Geography and Meteorology.
EXPERIENCE. Mr.
Neyman is the Broadcast Meteorologist for News Channel 3 Television,
Time-Warner Cable, in Antelope Valley, California, where he is the on-air
Weathercaster 5 days per week.
Ilya
has been on numerous storm chases in the Great Plans and has photographed
tornadoes, lightning, and other severe weather phenomena. He has
delivered illustrated talks to the American Meteorological Society with the
professionalism of a highly experienced television weather forecaster.
He has prepared professional weather forecasts for
California Weather & Earth Sciences
with very little training required.
Mr. Neyman has testified in a court trial as an eyewitness to a
major storm that he personally experienced while he was a high school
student, but he has observed, documented, and analyzed this storm
with the skills of a top meteorological expert witness.
FUTURE PLANS. Ilya Neyman plans to
continue as a broadcast meteorologist. He has demonstrated that he is
excellent in this type of work and looks forward to moving to larger media.
He also continues as a consultant to

and
to
California
Weather & Earth Sciences,
as well as to
Associated Science Experts, LLC.
Mr. Neyman
has the potential of becoming a
top meteorologist within a very few years.
