Experience.  Mr. Neyman has been on numerous storm chases in the Great Plans and has photographed tornadoes, lightning, and other severe weather phenomena.  He has delivered illustrated talks to the American Meteorological Society with the professionalism of a highly experienced television weather forecaster.  He has prepared professional weather forecasts for California Weather & Earth Sciences, LLC with very little training required. 

Mr. Neyman has testified in a court trial as an eyewitness to a major storm that he personally experienced while he was a high school student, but he has observed, documented, and analyzed this storm with the skills of a top meteorological expert witness.
