Ilya Neyman,  Weather Forecaster and Severe Storms Photographer.

EDUCATION.  Ilya is a May 2009 graduate from the University of Oklahoma,  where he earned a B.S. degree, majoring in Geography and Meteorology.

EXPERIENCE.  Mr. Neyman is the Broadcast Meteorologist for News Channel 3 Television, Time-Warner Cable, in Antelope Valley, California, where he is the on-air Weathercaster 5 days per week.

Ilya has been on numerous storm chases in the Great Plans and has photographed tornadoes, lightning, and other severe weather phenomena.  He has delivered illustrated talks to the American Meteorological Society with the professionalism of a highly experienced television weather forecaster.  He has prepared professional weather forecasts for California Weather & Earth Sciences with very little training required.

Mr. Neyman has testified in a court trial as an eyewitness to a major storm that he personally experienced while he was a high school student, but he has observed, documented, and analyzed this storm with the skills of a top meteorological expert witness.

FUTURE PLANS.  Ilya Neyman plans to continue as a broadcast meteorologist.  He has demonstrated that he is excellent in this type of work and looks forward to moving to larger media.  He also continues as a consultant to Environmental Science & Energy, Inc., American Weather & Hydrology, LLC,  and to California Weather & Earth Sciences, as well as to Associated Science Experts, LLC.  Mr. Neyman has the potential of becoming a top meteorologist within a very few years.

Mr. Neyman is a member of the American Meteorological Society.
